Bluegrass Music Association of Maine is pleased to announce a Rock Hearts’ Meet & Greet Event at the Center Theatre’s small-theatre that seats 37 from 3:30-5:00 pm on October 17.  Rock Hearts will provide insight into their music in an up close and personal atmosphere. Hear band stories highlighting some of their most memorable moments as well as their individual bluegrass music history.  Rock Hearts will have their instruments, play a few songs acoustically, and if time permits, take requests from you.  Admittance to the event is $10 and can be purchased at the Center Theatre in combination with your concert ticket or individually.  Tickets will be sold at the door for this event as well, if available.

Austin Scelzo hosts an in person workshop designed to explore his “Roadmap to Bluegrass and Country Fiddle Master” – a sequential guide to breaking down the skills necessary to thrive in settings that involve improvisation, harmony, chords, back-up, and rhythm playinh on the fiddle. Austin was nomitated by the International Bluegrass Music Assocciation as the “Mentor of the Year” for his work in education.  Don’t miss this great opportunity!
