It seems these days people can’t get enough of bluegrass music! North, South, East, and West there are shows, jams, concerts, festivals, etc happening.
One of our goals as an association is to help spread the word about when and where these events are taking place. This can be a real job to keep up with! Members of the BMAM Board do the best we can to share events we personally see being advertised, but we can’t do it alone. If you are in a band, a venue manager, event producer, or just in the know, please help us keep the rest of the bluegrass community informed.
How do you get your event shared on our facebook page? You can tag us in your post or you can send a message on our facebook page to https://www.facebook.com/
We also have a nifty color coded calendar on our website to advertise jams, shows, festivals, and more! There is a quick & easy form to fill out in order to have an event shared there. http://www.mainebluegrass.org/
Finally, the newsletter is a great place to advertise to the BMAM membership. Festivals typically share their flyers in the Spring and Summer quarterly newsletters, but we are also happy to share other events throughout the year. Send newsletter info to skeach@mainebluegrass.org.
