As you may know, Bluegrass Music Association of Maine (BMAM) is a member-driven, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Members of the Board of Directors (2 year term) and the President (1 year term) are elected annually by the general membership of the association. We are currently accepting nominations to appear on the fall election ballot until September 4, 2023.
This year five Board seats and one President seat will be filled. If you are interested, please email nkennedy@mainebluegrass.org or speak to any current Board member. BMAM will have a booth at both the Blistered Fingers Bluegrass Festival as well as the Thomas Point Beach Bluegrass Festival. If you see them at these upcoming events, please ask them about this opportunity to support BMAM.

Please consider running for a seat. Note that even if you are not on the Board, there are plenty of opportunities for you to volunteer to support BMAM.
